Never to watch BIRTH VIDEOS on youtube. I know how the process goes, I had to learn (nursing school) but thankfully I  have forgotten the visual parts of it. And that's great.

My maternitycare place sent me a planner with impostant dates, info and pictures. At the end it shows a naked female screaming och pushing out a babys head. It's like you've gone thru this journey where you're body is taken over by an alien who eats you intestines andmakes you sick, now he is coming out of your female place covered in blood and slime.

It's a beautiful Friday and I am hungry. This morning was a disaster, I already felt my body wasn't good when I woke up. I tried to blow dry my hair and everytime I held my arms above my head with the drier and the brush I felt my blood dissapear from my body like I was going to faint.

I had to sit down. The I tried my fix my hair again for 3 minutes and almost fainted again.. Sit down, rest, get up, blowdry hair, sit down, rest, up again.. I felt so weak and I know this is the first sign of Iron desuffiency. So Today I am gonig to stock up on iron!
