I was restless all day today, and felt I needed to

move my legs and body, but when I got home and

it was time to go to the gym I got tired. In bed at

7.50 pm and no motivation to get up. FAIL.

Da Rosa was a little upset when he had to leave by himself.
I just don't have the same motivation as he has I guess.
